If your child has a medical concern outside of regular office hours, follow the steps below for care you can trust.


For non-urgent concerns (such as mild illness, appointments, or prescription refills) please wait until our office reopens. Before calling, you may also find helpful information in the Resources section of our Patient Center, when appropriate.

Option 1: Call Our Office

When our office is closed, your call will be transferred to Pedi Call Care, a nurse triage service staffed by experienced pediatric registered nurses. You will be prompted to leave a message and your call will be returned within 30 minutes.

Pedi Call Care can:

  • Provide medical advice
  • Help determine if your child needs urgent care
  • Contact the on-call provider if needed

Option 2: After-Hours Virtual Care

Virtual pediatric visits are also available through our partner, Hello Pediatrics.

Available for our patients:

  • Monday – Friday: 8 PM – Midnight
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM – 10 PM
  • Holidays: 12 PM – Midnight
